Cozy 2BR 1BA rustic stone cottage located in the peaceful town of Trout Creek in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Drive your snowmobile or atv straight to the trail. Trail #8 is only two blocks away and let the adventure begin! This is an all season get away! Sleeps up to four. Cottage features a large closed in porch (perfect for storing your gear) hardwood flooring in the living/dining area, full kitchen with coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, utensils, and more! There are two queen beds (one in each bedroom) and large closets along with a dresser in one of the bedrooms. We also have a washer/dryer, portable air conditioning, charcoal grill, and fire pit for your convenience. Cottage is clean and comfortable.

We are located 10 minutes from beautiful Bond Falls, 5 minutes from Agate Falls and there are many other excellent fishing streams within a half hour. There are six ski resorts within a 1-2 hour drive and trail 8 is two blocks away for snowmobiling/atving! If hunting is your passion the area is surrounded by Ottawa National Forest with thousands of acres to explore! The Porcupine Mountains are approximately an hour away and Lake Gogebic is 30 minutes away! Absolutely No Pets Allowed in the home or on the property. Book your adventure today!

A Great Place in a Perfect Location
Myself and a friend came up to the U.P. to do some late season Trout Fishing. Dale's place was in the perfect location. We were just minutes from our favorite Trout Haunts. The ATV and Snowmobile trail is literally a few steps from the cabin. The place is cozy and comfortable. Well Stocked with the day to day nessities in the kitchen, bath etc.. Dale is an excellent host. If the Trout Creek area is your destination I would highly recommend staying at this cabin.

Wonderful place

Summer Heat.
It was nice house and good location for access to main highway and other attractions. Great place for accessing outdoor adventures. The only drawback was the AC. It did not adequate cool the entire house. Only cool in living room and very loud, making it difficult to watch TV. It was in the 80s and a few days in 90s while we were there. Not recommended for stay in the heat of the summer.

Cozy and close to AGATE Falls area
Fit our needs well as older folks and was just what we love...a cottage with character, quiet neighborhood, well cared for and a great location to visit our family & see all the beauty of western UP. Appreciated the space and the washer/dryer. The kitchen was well equipped for our 2-night stay. Enjoyed the electric stoves to watch on the cool nights of Sept. 2023 We will be back!

Convenient location for visiting bond and Agate falls.
Kitchen has all the items needed for cooking. Large mud room / glass area makes it easy to stage luggage for loading / unloading if it is raining. Great location for driving access to Bond Lake with kayaks. Easy to launch at the picnic area.

Description needs more details
The house is cute and clean. I would recommend a small booklet with information about the area ie stores, gas stations, restaurants and sites to see with directions. I would also recommend soap and shampoo products for the shower as most places supply these items. The only real disadvantage was the air unit never cooled the house below 73 and stopped working several times. It wasn’t that warm outside so not sure why it didn’t work well. Overall we enjoyed our stay but be prepared with your own food to eat as nothing is close.
