No water virtually our entire stay…
Arrived at 4pm, greeted at the service desk with “we’ve had an issue in the kitchen that has forced us to turn off the water in the entire building. It will be back on in about an hour.” Had been driving all day and was ready for a shower, so needless to say this was an inconvenience. Had plans for the evening so we left about an hour after we got there - still no water at that point - returned around 11pm and STILL no water in the building. There was tons of racket/banging - assuming it was someone trying to get the water fixed - but it continued till 2-3 in the morning, which was absolutely insane. By the time I finally half-way fell asleep at 3am there was STILL no water. Woke up around 9am and there was FINALLY water, but had we known it was gonna take 16-17 hours to get the problem resolved we never would’ve checked in to begin with. Was never offered an apology or any type of discount for the inconvenience or anything else.

Noisy but very convenient!
Stayed for one night as this hotel is close to the airport and has convenient shuttle service. Only dislike was that there’s a lot of freeway and train traffic noise through the night so bring some earplugs if you want some help with deeper sleep. The in-house restaurant and bar had great food and was perfect for us as there weren’t any restaurants that we could find close by.

I stay at this same hotel at least twice a month and this time and my past stay was not the best as far as the hotel conditions. My shower water only got lukewarm and that was after letting it and the sink run for 20 minutes. My door kept jamming when trying to open it. I didn’t hate it but didn’t love it either
