I booked a room while traveling through France. Arrived at a locked gate with no one at counter to buzz us in. We tried calling the hotel twice and messaged them. No such luck. We purchased another hotel room down the road. What a waste. I would recommend adding the exact hour restrictions to the website so other late night drivers don’t waste their money also. By the way, no one from the hotel ever contacted us or replied to our messages.
Cheap hotel, bit still not worth the money. It seems run down and needs an immense makeover. The staff is friendly and service minded though. All in all we know of other hotels in the area which is a far better value for money
Nice place and rate for the area. Stayed in a triple room with two adults and one child. A lot of small charges added up. Hotel guests pay 5€ each for use of the swimming pool and we were expected to bring towels from our room. Parking was 20€ for overnight. Booked with breakfast included but was told the reservation was only for the two adults. Had to pay for my child’s breakfast.
Usual Premiere Classe type motel. You get what you pay for but clean and comfortable. Early morning departures by some guests a bit noisy and inconsiderate.
The hotels are what you come to expect.. Small and compact. But with everything you need for an overnight stay.
The evening receptionist was very helpful and very pleasant. She went above and beyond, even despite the language barrier. The campanile restaurant nearby was excellent. This shows the premier classe in a good light, due to the discount arrangement between the two.
A night in the filthiest place you can imagine!!!!
Our room had two single beds and a bunk bed on top. I have stayed at this hotel chain before and got the Spartan room I expected. This place had body hair on the toilet, sink, and shower in three of our rooms. It had stained linen. There was a stain on a pillow case and sheet that matched making wonder if the sheets were even changed. Of 4 rooms, two had blocked drains. Never, never, never stay in this place. Paid and checked in through their automated system. No one there to complain to or get a refund from. We made an exit out of there at first light!
The place is claustrophobic and muggy. Our room had two single beds and a bunk bed on top. All the rooms are located along a long gallery/corridor, which means opening the door to get air in doesn’t offer much privacy. Also a blocked shower drain makes for a very nasty shower experience!
