The Exchange hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is quick to provide any service, such as opening doors, operating the elevator and supplying extras. The room itself is well appointed with a big bathroom with luxurious walk in shower, the beds are very comfortable and covered with high quality sheets. The hotel is an easy walk to the cruise ship terminal and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the ExChange hotel.

This hotel is trying to be upscale, however sheets were old and low quality, the bottom sheet was not wide enough to be tucked in so it kept climbing up during the night, tv was the worse selection I have ever seen, the guide did not match with what was on tv. The room was warm after we arrived I tried to use the temperature thermostat on the wall to adjust the heat. After a half hour there was no change in the temperature. I called the front desk who said the heat g and cooling system was eco friendly and took time to adjust the temperature to setting I placed it on. The temperature in the room never went down and actually went up making it harder to sleep. Useless cooling system in my mind. I would never stay at this hotel again for the cost it tries to portray itself as high end though room and amenities are at best middle end leaning toward lower end

Modern and clean hotel, the staff was superhelpful. We had a great breakfast at the restaurant. This place is very close to the Cruise terminal and to the train station to the airport. There are a lot of restaurants in walkable distance, also closest to Gastown and other places of interest.

The air condittioning in my room was not working. I set it low and it kept raising to over 22 C. I woke up in a pool of sweat at 230am! I called the front desk who asked if I wanted a fan, that means they knew there was an issue. They reset it low and two hours later, it was back to 22C in my room. I checked out upset, told the reception the issue and that it was not ok. I took an early flight home and the hotel did nothing to compensate me. I will think twice about staying there again. This was my 6th time staying in this hotel. Not happy.

The staff is amazing . The entire check in experience, bell hop, bar and restaurant fantastic. Rooms very clean, super comfortable and the hotel easy walking distance to cruise pier, waterfront and shopping . Will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us back to Vancouver!

Thank you, Exchange Hotel Vancouver! I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it. From the moment I stepped out, a staff member was there to greet me, and the check-in to check-out process was seamless and fully digital. My room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had a fresh, pleasant scent every day. They even kindly stored my luggage for a few hours after checkout while I explored the city before my flight. Thank you for making my stay so easy, comfortable, and memorable!

As a client on business, I didn't appreciate that my room had a very small desk space, no writing pad or pen and the desk was covered by glass which made it difficult to move a mouse. The location of the desk right under the television was aesthetically unpleasing.
