Although we had a room chalkenge when we checked in the front desk more than made up for it. The room was beautiful, well appointed, clean and cozy. If staying here we recommend going to the attached restaurant, Hydra, the food is amazing and the decor is very stylish. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed an evening post cruise. Online checkin made the entire process smooth and quick. Staff was super helpful with baggage and restaurant recommendations. Great location near port and convention center. Room was unique, enjoyed the heated bathroom floor! We would stay again!

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and service. Great food. Went for our anniversary and very happy overall! Room was very warm but they adjusted for us when we messaged front desk. Only strange thing was they deactivated our keys before the noon check out time, so when we rushed back to grab and check out we couldn't even get back into our room even though it wasn't noon yet. But it's a great hotel would definitely visit again and recommend!

Randy and his concierge team were AMAZING. They were so helpful with our questions and really sweet as we were in and out every day...plus they have coupons for all the places you want to see! Housekeeping did a great job in our rooms. It's a great location - central to so many of the main sites around town and easy access to mass transit, the harbor, Art Museum, shopping and Gastown. We never tried the restaurant, so cannot comment on that.
