I arrived extremely early and was planning to drop off my luggage until regular check in time BUT they had a room ready and checked me in! This was a huge convenience for me as i had an early morning travel and it was nice to rest throughout the day! The front door staff are very welcoming and always greet you when you leave or return to the property. Happy with my stay and room. Will stay here again.

As whole we loved our stay so much we wanted to add another night but they were sold out! Place felt way out of our league. But loved it! Showers nice and big, bed comfy and large, and they had slippers for you! Definitely will come here again!! Now to the not so great things: This part of Vancouver has lots of drug use around it. Sort of felt unsafe at times, day and night. The options for food weren't very great unless you walked a bit. Dids pizza is a hidden gem btw. Parking is very tight and sort of dizzy but convenient.

My stay at EXchange Hotel Vancouver was short but incredible! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was sparkling clean and smelled so nice! Very well located. I was there for business but had a few hours to spare before my flight, and I was able to see the Steam Clock, walk to Canada Place and the waterfront as well as walking to Coal Harbour. The restaurant inside the hotel is delicious AND affordable for the quality and size of the plates. Highly recommend!
