What was VIP access… what was the perk? we had paid for it…arrived and were told we do not get parking or the breakfast included … we were offered a diffuser for the room.

It was a good area and clean. However, I specified for us to have the romance package and diffuser in the room beforehand, and when I showed up they were not there. I had to text about them to receive them, even though I made sure to call and ask for it to be available when we arrive. Communication was not amazing and it made the experience I wanted less special.

I think every place should have free breakfast. The customer service is top notch, rooms are simple, elegant, and clean. Pool hot tub and sauna all nice, nice gym space as well. I look forward to returning to your city and this hotel.
