Stayed with kids loved every minute definitely going to stay again. Stayed at a different one the night before and this one is a vast difference. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and helpful minus the bartender at the pool! Overall 5 stars can’t wait to come back!!!

I completely enjoyed my stay for the weekend of my birthday August 30th… All staff was very respectful and knowledgeable and assistive and personable. I really appreciate it my State and thank them all because I had a bad day from the previous place. I was at the night before. Thanks for the cleanliness smells in the room the quick fixes to the balcony door and everything everyone else helped assist it and my friend and thank you so much. I liked it but I feel like I paid a lot for what they offered, the room was very clean, everything smelled clean, the pool is cold, there is no microwave, it is a little more than 12 minutes walking to the statue of Neptune, I paid 310 dollars for one night and the pool is only open until 6 pm

For the price we paid, the hotel wasn’t what we expected. The room looked old and cheap, there was no microwave. Breakfast buffet costs 18$, and there were just a few options of food. The outdoor pool is open till 8pm, poolside bar till 6. The water in the pool is VERY cold, no one was swimming. I’m disappointed and not going to come back.

Was a nice area with everything close by. The pools were great. Just wish it was heated a bit. The indoor pool had way too much chlorine in it and was making us cough. The views were phenomenal! If you got an ocean view room.

Convenient to beach; quiet area. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. We thought we left a cell phone there and they went. I’ve and beyond to retrieve it. I believe it was “Alicia” who went to find it. Above and beyond her duty! Kudos to the whole staff. Very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend you to anyone going to VA beach.
