Situated just 15 minutes from beautiful beaches on one side and majestic mountains on the other, this condo is a perfect base for exploring the scenic beauty of Waikoloa Village, Hawaii.

Parking: Each unit includes one designated parking spot. Additional parking for more than four hours is available off-property on the street near the Golf Course office, but overnight guest parking is not permitted. Only one vehicle is allowed on the property.

This property provides full access to the community pool and hot tubs and is registered as a short-term vacation rental (Registration #**STVR TA-135-057-2544-01**). We can’t wait for you to experience all that our vacation home has to offer!

The starter pack contains:Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.
