Overall it was amazing! Beautiful property, friendly staff, everyone hustling. “Bad” was rooms were hard to find, the signage was confusing/lacking, walked in circles, the numbering didn’t make sense. The other issues was no hot water for a shower.

Great staying at the NLI. Very elegant and retains the PSU heritage. Great workout facilities. Will be back again. One minor...in the shower, there was "hand soap" and not body wash and no soap at the sink. When we stepped out, we told the front desk and when we returned, there was hand soap and a couple bars of soap, but the hand soap was still in the shower. Not a big deal. A little attention to detail slip.

The inn is fabulous but they need to work on service in bar and restaurant. Very nice staff members but not working like a well oiled machine. A number of times we experienced long lapses is service and waits to be served at bar.

The hotel was beautiful, but we couldn’t sleep due to an extremely loud air conditioning unit that rattled excessively. We also had to run the hot water for at least 20 minutes before it got warm. The room did not look like the room I booked online(no couch and smaller).
