Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The building is a little dated. And it seemed kind of expensive. We had a queen suite, but not sure why they call it a sweet because it's just one room which might only be slightly bigger than a normal room.

The only negative thing was that we were told when we checked in on Wednesday that breakfast was until 10:00. When we got downstairs at 9:10, there was an announcement that if anyone wanted anything else to get it because they are supposed to shut it down at 9:00. We quickly got some food and sat at a table. We didn't feel comfortable though because staff stayed in the room waiting for us. We rushed and left. Otherwise, staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is convenient to all that downtown Franklin has to offer. Easy walking to restaurants, stores and the park. It is an older property but in doid condition. The complementary breakfast had the usual options but was kept clean and food items were replenished frequently.
