In one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, Nini's cottage has recently been completely renovated and expanded with a beautiful front porch for outdoor living and dining. The house features 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a modern kitchen, laundry facilities, an expansive outside dining/living area with ceiling fans and a newly constructed, heated pool. There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.




There is also a large fully detached, fully furnished, and equipped 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabana that has been meticulously restored and updated with a kitchen/living/dining room and an upscale bathroom (with separate laundry room).
Pool heat is optional. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.



Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.

Wonderful Gem, great communication!

This house was perfect for our group of family and friends. Not only was the location amazing, but the guest house allowed us all to have privacy and time away. My favorite part of this house was the outside sitting areas! The side porch with reclining chairs was my favorite!! The manager met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. There was a book with all the local info we needed in the house! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

Spent almost a month in the property. Rick was a great host and helped quickly address any issues that we had. The house is refreshed and in great condition. Quiet and very safe neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the beach.
