In the heart of downtown where you can walk to shopping, dining, entertainment, waterfront!

Minimum of 28 day stay is required with a minimum of a 7 day notice.

Also the Condo association requires a tenant application and a $100 administration fee prior to your stay.

Short term renters insurance is also required.

Loss of key fob is a $200 fee. Loss of deadbolt key is a $50 fee.
