There were no parking spots available in the front parking lot by the check-in hall. The back lot had garbage strewn around. Their elevator is not accessible to several floors of rooms that go off to the right. They gave me a room where I had to climb up stairs with my stuff despite my bad back. They refused to give me a different room on the ground floor because they said that they could not change rooms for Expedia customers. All of their large windows are in desperate need of cleaning. They were playing Fox News in the front hall next to the check out desk as I was checking out on Sunday morning. My room was clean and the breakfast buffet has tasty food, but I will not be returning here.

The room, while a little small, was very clean, though signs of wear and tear were evident. Direct courtyard access was a major plus, allowing us to walk our dog and transport our luggage without disturbing other guests. The Hotels.com side was an issue - the risk of a change fee more pricey than the entire booking made it difficult to manage a necessary change in our itinerary.

A little quirky older property on a beautiful river. Good stop on our way to Pittsburgh. Nice Japanese restaurant, as well as breakfast and a casual restaurant and bar.

There was no good place to walk my dog. They put us in a room down the hall from a very noisy nightclub and partiers slammed doors and talked in the hallway loudly until far in the night. I had requested a room with easy access to outside because of my dog. I didn’t get that at all. I had booked 2 queen beds. I got a king. This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in years. There was nothing positive about the experience. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
