This two story Whitianga accommodation is nestled into a sheltered bush backdrop, making this ideal for two families as there is sleeping for up to 10 guests. There is also an electric stair lift available, making it an easy option for anyone who may struggle with the stairs.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a king sized bed, heat pump and ensuite bathroom, bedroom number two has two single beds, bedroom three a queen, bedroom four has two king singles and downstairs there is a fifth bedroom with a queen sized bed.

The spacious lounge has plenty of seating, and every modern convenience you could require including a heat pump. The elegant dining setting features a stunning view of the bay and has a wooden dining table with seating for 8. There is also a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen furnished with comfortable bar stools.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen of this Whitianga accommodation has all of the appliances and utensils that are required to create delicious meals throughout your stay!

There are 3 bathrooms, the master bedroom ensuite, main bathroom and downstairs bathroom each have a shower, vanity and toilet and the upstairs family bathroom is also fitted with a bath.

There is a choice of outdoor living options with decking off the dining, lounge, kitchen and master bedroom. The furniture and barbeque provided on the decking makes for great outdoor entertaining in the sun. The grounds are all landscaped and adjacent to native bush that attracts an array of native bird-life, there is also a double garage/workshop plus a large parking area.

Within a five minute stroll from the house is Brophy's Beach which offers safe swimming and a boat ramp, and 3kms further on are the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Whitianga township.
