Good beach location.
Excellent location to the beach 1/2 mile walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Needs a few improvements onsite. Ice was available however it was empty both times we tried to use it. Hot tub not working properly. Very little bubbles, jets were very mild.

One of the better hotels in the area!
Lovely place. Great view and friendly staff. The room we had was beach view and the large bath. It was clean and very easy to get to the beach. I will say that the bathroom is VERY small and the mattress is of the soft kind so if youre used to firm mattresses you might find that disagreeable. The pool and hot tub were clean and the place was quiet after 9pm. Its one of the better hotels in Old Orchard Beach right now!

Nice ocean views
I have stayed here 2 years in a row now. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is, rooms are clean and spacious. Perfect location close to the beach and walkable distance to the boardwalk but not so close for all the noise, quiet and peaceful. Love the hot tub, was the reason I chose this place originally.

The room was very clean. There was a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, and a 2 burner stove. There were plates, cutlery, glasses. Great for bringing in takeout. The motel is right on the beach. They had a nice pool and hot tub.
