Central location but near expressway and noisy!
Nice hotel. Not a newer hotel. Some updates and large room. Breakfast was nothing special and regular. Eggs. Sausage and cereal. Planty and basic. We enjoyed our one night and it reasonably priced. Two bad things! Hard to find and our Google maps were very confused. Very close to expressway and noise was very loud at 6am. Couldn't sleep after that. I will not stay again at this location just for noise reason.

The place is nice , the room spacious, i like it.
The bathroom it was extremely cold even when i was showering with hot water. The shower curtain was dirty. And the filter of the AC was completely dirty like never cleaned. Im asthmatic and i check out with asthma thanks to this error. The rest was good and nice

the elevator was broken however that’s fine bc i was staying on the 3rd floor. when entering the room, the light in the room was broken. the fridge didn’t work. in the shower there’s water coming out of the wall where the shower head is & flowing down to where the shower panels meet the wall which had broken caulking causing the water to go behind the wall. took a different door to the stairwell & couldn't get back into the hotel. there was garbage in the stairwell & tons of garbage piled up in the parking garage. the ice machine on my floor didn’t work.

There service is really bad. In front desk there is a Indian guy, he was so rude. he did misbehaved with us. He said we came from 3rd world country because we ask for room service. He said there is no room service in American all hotels lol. Maybe he came from 3rd world country, that’s why he was saying like that.

The hotel was dirty and filthy. Poor customer service, elevators did not work for days. The smell of smoke was intense inside rooms. Witnessed front desk yelling at housekeepers. Staff is mostly rude. Please DO NOT stay here. I can’t stress enough how terrible this place is. Giving it a one star just because breakfast wasn’t terrible.

So I got trapped in the only elevator that was working on the 4th floor. I had to ring alarm a few times before someone came up & pryed doors open. Had to use the stairs & my husband is elderly & had a hard time going up to 4th floor. They did say they would help us carry out bags down. It was Sunday & they told us they couldn't get anyone to repair it.

Not a welcoming stay.
Hallways and Lobby were cold and not clean. Room was Ok for the price. Lobby service was not welcoming nor informative. All elevators were not in service. Parking lot dirty and full of potholes.
