Quiet location and comfortable bed. Several restaurants close by. Hotel sign not lit up, entrance to parking hard to find. Parking lot not lit up and very dark. Cleanliness was subpar. Sheets had large yellow stains. Pillow cases also had yellow stains and were not even white. Mirror was so smudged that one could barely see in it.

We paid extra for upgrade , they provide a room without clean ,someone just slept with long hair on the bed , and bathroom hasn’t been cleaned too . We have to tell them to change it .

We had trouble with our TV, phone, and clock. The front desk came up to check, but she could only stay a few minutes because she was the only one on duty. I generally pick a place with something over an 8 rating, which this place had. We could stay pretty much at any place in the area, but usually pick a no frills place with a decent rating because we pretty much just sleep there and spend the rest of our time either golfing, visiting relatives in the area, dining, or visiting the local racetrack/casino. I think the issue may be that this place is generally used by homeless folks who can afford the $250.00 to $300.00 weekly rates to call this home, and management may not stay on top of repairs and the like.

Under minimum standards
If the bathroom fan was not on the room smelled of smoke. We had two towels one of which was dirty when I called for more towels they said they didn’t have any they were currently doing laundry and I would have to wait about an hour. When I called back they had only one staff and I would have to go get my towels. They only have one key card they didn’t have extras and the first card I used didn’t even work I had to go down and get another one. Breakfast should not be included it was so bad

The pillows were horrible, i had to go buy new ones, the toilet ran all night, there was a hole in the side if the bath tube, couldnt really take a bath. Breakfast was horrible as well.
