Great place with no amenity overlooked. I have been renting various places around the country for years and this is top choice. The location could not be beat but it really was the inside and all the touches that made this place so great. Complimentary beverages to cleaning products I have never felt more "at home" in a rental. Hope to be able to visit again.

Amazing house with great views- magical getaway

This house was fabulous: Great location, clean, equipped with everything you could think of. Easy trip to Ongunquit and Kennebunkport . There are ocean views from every room and fabulous decks. It was hard to leave the house because we enjoyed it so much! Communication with property owner and manager was easy and they were very responsive. I will definitely go back!!

Outstanding Vacation!

We decided to explore southern Maine and found this beautiful cottage in York Beach. It was truly exceptional - very well equipped with a fantastic view of the ocean. Scenic walks to town and the Nubble Lighthouse and convenient to York, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, and Freeport. The owner and property manager were friendly and very helpful (we mentioned to Bruce that we forgot to bring a coffee bean grinder and he got us one the same day!) Family and friends visited and were blown way by the cottage and the view!

Everything was as advertised and completely enjoyable! This property was so clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The views from every room contributed to immediate relaxation! The customizable music throughout the house was well utilized and appreciated. Fireplaces were cozy. The deck was spacious with a sitting area and a large table. Overall a totally beautiful house, with gorgeous views on multiple levels, located at the end of a quiet street.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed for a week, and it was the perfect home for the 5 of us (plus our 2 small dogs), just wish we could have stayed longer. The location is stunning! The views from our balcony each morning, watching the sun rise were awesome! It’s quiet, private, and peaceful. The beach is close by and there is plenty of parking if you get there early, we went to the beach 5 of the 7 days, and just relaxed. Great area for walking our dog each morning, we would walk to Nubble Lighthouse. Everything you need is provided, and the house was incredibly clean. Rick and Bruce were super helpful!! Thank you!!

Most amazing property and experience

No words. Truly an amazing property. Woke to gorgeous sunrises and ended each day from the wonderful front deck setting where we dined and enjoyed surround sound sonas stereo. Kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could imagine. Linens were cozy and the fireplaces were a lovely touch in the evening when the temperature dropped. Location was simply superb. Communication and property manager, top notch.

Everything about the house was perfect!

Getting the property and communicating with the owner was very easy and straightforward. The owner was helpful letting us know where to find the keys. Gorgeous views and beautiful furnishings and amenities. Only one tiny little complaint in that is that the outdoor furniture was a bit covered in dog hair but it didn’t bother us that much! Would try to rent again if it was available. Thank you!

Do not miss this gem!

There are not enough words to describe this home. Every year I take the whole family for a week or so vacation, and this one topped every year so far. What a beautiful, well maintained home in a perfect location. Every detail of the home, every gesture of the host is approached with great thought and care. The host was very accommodating of special requests and never made it feel like an inconvenience or a burden, even helping to connect us to the private chef who prepared an incredible midweek dinner for us. The host’s obvious passion for providing for his guests, paired with that amazing view of the water, you end up with an incredible vacation experience and remarkable memories…and that is really what family time should be about. Thanks for giving my family the best memories!

Getting the family together at last

We spent a fantastic 5 days in the York area and absolutely loved the property. It was beautiful, immaculate and well appointed. We all felt instantly at home. The location was great with views of the water and easy access to I95, and points both north and south.

This home is perfect! The location is absolutely stunning! The views from the outside spaces and from every room in the house are awesome! It’s quiet, private, peaceful. Listening to the waves crashing is wonderful! Loved sitting out on the rocks! Great area for walking… close to Nubble Lighthouse and Short Sands Beach.
