I arrived at night and check-in was seamless. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pillows were small and the mattress had some kind of plastic cover, but I slept comfortably for one night. The breakfast was good enough and morning staff was particularly nice and attentive. There’s good coffee and tea always available at the lobby.

The bathroom tub needs a non skid surface. I nearly fell on my butt when I stepped into the tub to shower. I'm 70 years of age and to fall might have been serious.. Everything else was excellent.

When we first arrived we went to the front desk, which had no one available. We went back to the car after waiting a few minutes, then called in. When the lady answered she was rude “I was in the bathroom”. Completely understandable, a sign would have been nice and maybe a better tone. Went in, she was extremely rude, not personable, not welcoming, almost like she was annoyed to do her job. Hospitality was not great. The room was clean, breakfast was fine. Plan to hear car horns going off several times in a row for about 10 minutes in the middle of the night, and hear people walking down the hallway talking loudly. Would I go back? Definitely not.
