I did not get the room i expected. I thought i paid for a more if a condo room with a vuew. What i got was a standard room. However the bed was comfortable. Ask for a room away from the stairs!

I stayed 4 nights. Coffee at check in was nice to have as a daily option. Front desk staff were very nice ! Had a shared balcony with an end unit room which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would of like to have had more than just 1 chair in room. No place to sit and have a simple meal. I'm pretty eco-friendly and used the towels provided and didn't ask for anymore. Overall very convenient location to beach and walkable to beach and restaurants as well. I would return in the future.

Pretty hotel with a cute vibe! Loud on the weekends, though. We really wanted to love this hotel but the other issue is that the room was advertised as 500 ft.² and it was only about 200 ft.² so very, very tight even for 2 people. The hotel is sadly also in need of clean towels. There was one towel and one washcloth in the room when we arrived and stayed for three nights. When we requested more towels, they came, but they came with two of them extremely dirty. I’m not sure how that happened. I would also advise that every traveler bring their own bar of soap and their own shampoo as the ones in the room, simply do not clean.

Great property for families. Friendly staff, large and clean pool & clean rooms. Great location with beautiful view of the ocean from side deck off of room. Walking distance to Long Sands Beach and several restaurants. Had a great time with family, would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Misleading Advertising - but comfortable clean Rm
This hotel was comfortable and our room was clean. It does not look anything like the pictures shown on Hotels.com. There was no outdoor lounge area that is shown and what we thought would be nice "hang out' space when not at the beach did not exist. We arrived early and most hotels will try to get your room done as soon as possible even if it's prior to check in - but there was certainly no rush or care to do so here. We had to use the pool area bathrooms as we waited (after a 4 hour drive) and none of the 3 had any toilet paper. The beach is also not really a "3 minute walk" because at high tide you have to go much further down to get to a place that won't be covered in water in a few hours time, so don't plan on walking with much "beach ware" such as your chairs and cooler because you'll be walking for a while. We ended up driving down to drop our stuff off and then one of us parking at the hotel and walking back without having to carry things. Overall I think the hotel advertising is extremely misleading and for the price we paid, I would not recommend it and I would not go back.

When we checked in the tv and WI Fi was down. Someone ran over the cable? It was out for 3 days but the manager and owner comped us 2 beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean with tv and wifi. The restaurant and bar at the pool didn't open this year due to terrible storms over the winter. The pool is beautiful plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Plus free coffee till 3! We will definitely stay there again!

1) An elevator would be great and there is plenty of room to add one without disturbing your guests or taking up any of your valuable guest room space. 2) Provide all guests with York City parking information with their room keys.

Under new management from last year. No food offered anymore, no poolside bar either. Place was very clean, but our fridge didnt work so they replaced it in a timely fashion but our experience last year was much better thats why we re-booked again. Unfortunately we wont be returning next year.

Great location and nice room
Perfect location and great room,I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this place. Friendly staff, super quick check in and the room was great! They've made some nice upgrades and it feels quite modern. Went for a swim in the salt water pool and the view of the beach was amazing. We've stayed at hotels in the area before at similar price points and this was a much better experience.
