I’m so glad we checked out this property. It was so close to the beach that we left out slider open at night and could hear the waves. Very cute. We will definitely be back!

Upon checking in staff member was not welcoming at all . Sent us to our 3 bedroom bungalow that was SO tiny it was sad . Bathroom was the side of a small closet . Entire space was very unclean . Couch had stains and crumbs on it .. bedding had visible mold as well as bugs beloved to be bedbugs . We got out quick after arguing with the staff for over an hour stating our issues . So sad

Our room was on the side on the 3rd floor of main building. Had a nice ocean view and balcony and room was large, clean, and comfortable. Looked to be recently redone so everything was fresh and had a nice coastal vibe. Hotel currently doesn't have food/beverage, but it's in a great location and an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again without hestitation.

I enjoyed my stay here and so dud my friend, but we were on the 3rd floor and one of us is overweight so climbing the stairs was not fun for her. But the tv worked great and the beds were very comfortable for both of us. We spent rwo days sitting on Long Sands Beach which you can walk to in 12 minutes from this hotel, if you're someone who likes to walk. The whole area is very pleasant. And the Surf Club is very nice if a tiny bit spartan. I would stay there again.

We stayed in the Fido section with our dogs. The rooms were very clean, spacious and updated. It was exactly how it looked on the website. The bed was a bit soft and there were no pods for the coffee. Luckily we brought our own Keurig. Only need to go to the office to check in and out and grab some ice. Everyone I encountered there was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel itself has recently been remodeled. The room was nice. The only negative was that there was no microwave in the room. There was also no telephone in the room.

The York Beach Surf Club is a very clean and comfortable place to stay, right on York Beach. Best of all, it's one of the best DOG-FRIENDLY motels in Maine.

Not what I requested
I did not get the room i expected. I thought i paid for a more if a condo room with a vuew. What i got was a standard room. However the bed was comfortable. Ask for a room away from the stairs!
