Excellent harbour views from our balcony room .The front desk staff were fantastic .Overall it was a wonder full stay .

Everything but the first impression from the street. It’s just way better than this impression suggests.

They try very hard but the building/facilities are past their use by date.

An outstanding hotel. While the facilities, beds, bars and room fittings (shampoo, conditioner etc) were all outstanding, the service shown by the hotel when it came to my EV was excellent. We arrived short on charge without a plan after a long drive. The concierge then outlined the Valet service which included normal valet parking and an overnight charge for $50. Outstanding value and service and make our subsequent trip to the nearby beach for a swim all the more enjoyable!!
