I requested for extension of check out time up to 11:00am and I check out around 10:30am still hotel charge me late payment which is bad practice Hotel should honour their word This is cheating as the hotel didn’t told any thing about late charge

Great views from the tiny balcony. The room is quiet but somewhat in need of an update. You certainly pay a premium bit the view. If that’s not important, to you then pick something a bit further away.

I love Noah’s on the Beach. The best views, fantastic rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants, waterfront and great ocean walks. I totally recommend staying here 😊

The rooms are very clinical - nothing luxurious, meets your basis needs. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Shower in the bathroom was clean - hot water was sporadic, either boiling or freezing. There is a glass window from the bathroom into the bedroom - while this allows you to see the views from the bathroom it does mean you can’t turn on the bathroom light at night without light streaming into the bedroom. Nice to have free onsite parking, although indoor parking was full and we had to park outside in the hotel’s external parking (but direct access to reception). Great location being 100m from Newcastle beach and an easy walk along the promenade to Nobby’s beach and the lighthouse (only open to public on weekends).

Everything was just perfect and what a waeekend to be upgraded because it was my birthday. The room is very tidy and it's just a stone throw away from the beach. Waking up was such a breeze and the staff were all cheerful and nice.

Very pleasant staff, room was clean. But found that because there was no screen on the sliding door you couldn’t have fresh air coming in of a night. And with 4 people in the room it was quite stuffy. Also the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t turn off and had to try and fall asleep with the noise of it going constantly.

The hotel is situated on the beach and has a wonderful ice cream shop thats worth a visit opposite. We had inroom dining which was very good, and all staff were plesent. The hotel itself is older, it doesnt have thick walls so noise is easily heard. The beds are average and the room has dated decor. The bathroom had been renovated but the shower head had little pressure so was disappointing. The hotel has a very tight underground carpark which makes it hard to park, they also have an outdoor overflow but we needed secure parking
