I wasn't quite expecting the level of noise/music to carry on as late as it did on a Sunday - if i missed something then that's on me. Rooms are rather tired in comparison to the revamped ground floor.

Great place to stay. Fromthe service, rooms were beautiful, bed was one super comfortable. Little touches like free water. Tim tams, crisps all make someones that little bit more enjoyable. Great food. Awesome outside area. Overall i would highly recommend.

I know the saying goes “ you get what you pay for” but when I booked on line and it gets to the part where it asks you to pick your room, I can assure you this was not the room I picked or have ever stayed in at the Marion hotel, I have stayed on the same floor before but other end of the hall way. It was more like booking into a road side motel from the 1970’s, that workman stay in, as you open the door there is the bed and the bathroom was about the size of a broom closet complete with an old shower curtain, and you had to step over the toilet to get into the shower . Having said that the staff were fantastic and we went for the added on Breakfast, which was superb. I will stay there again but if I ever encounter a room like that again I will be saying something to staff.

Everyone was so friendly and could not do enough to assist us. The room was comfortable and not at all cramped for room. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows which is so unusual for a hotel. My only criticism is that there are only 4 disabled parking bays and when the hotel is busy these are taken up very quickly. For the size of the hotel and its car park, more disabled parking spaces are needed.
