Compare Beach Hotels in Al Khuwair

The hotel is very nice and cleaned. The reception staff are all nice, the service is ok too but the only downside side is the sauna area and the staff there, they don’t even accompany us there which room to open, as this is our first time in this hotel, I accidentally open the door I think that is for a staff room, and the sauna is not as what I expected in other hotel. Its not hot, its old.

The personal behavior was excellent—very friendly and warm. I even arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they still checked me in. I checked in almost four hours before the normal time. During the four nights I stayed at the hotel, everything was really good. The floor where my room was located was quiet, and the room was clean. Everything was great. Access to public transportation was relatively good, considering that public transport in Muscat is not very strong. However, the hotel’s location was about a 20-minute walk from the bus station, which really helped me get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and kind. A special mention goes to Mr. Qais at the front desk, whose helpfulness and positivity truly stood out. He made my stay an unforgettable experience, and because of his outstanding service, I’ll definitely return to this hotel and recommend it wholeheartedly to my colleagues. Regards, Reza

5 star service. Great pool and gym. Great breakfest. Great staff who was always helpful. I got everything I needed and could not ask more. Food was amazing and room amazing. Always greatfull to this hotel.
