The service was good however my shower curtain had a couple of brown stains on it.One of the washcloths had mascara stains on it. I was also confused about the breakfast situation, I thought the free continental breakfast was included however when I went to have breakfast at the restaurant that serves the hotel that I did not have the breakfast included.??? The hosted at Finnegans was very nice she called the front desk to ask and was told that I didn’t get it whatever that means. I think it should be a little clearer as to what is included with the stay.

The only thing that I was concerned about, was the A/C, while it seemed to be working, it was hard to tell.....staying in Tucson, you want to be sure you have adequate A/C.

Great staff only airport hotel with on site restaurant and bar ! Unfortunately the food was low quality, inedible corned beef and cheapest farm raised Salmon. Cook very nice girl, concerned professional, unfortunately couldn’t comp the uneaten meals. Apologetic- but corporate ordering beyond her control!!!

Some of the staff were nice but others were rude. The rooms AC was horrible. We had to ask for a fan and really needed 2 and was told they would bring us know but didn’t get one until 2 days later. Which we had bought one at Walmart just so our son and us could have some sort of coolness in the room. There was black mold in the lobby and the overhead look like they were going to fall at anytime.

I have stayed here before as it was a pleasant experience the first time. This recent stay was horrible as the air conditioning in my room would not work properly and was barely blowing any air. I addressed this to the front desk, but they had stated that all other rooms were full and that the room relied on a central air system. Also I could not get a refund due to booking through Expedia. My family and I slept quite uncomfortably due to the heat. We will not be staying here again.
