Bathroom ceiling was blistering and peeling, shower head was ridiculously over pressured and uncomfortable to shower in, and the coffee maker was overly complicated. First one leaked water instead of making coffee and the second took forever to heat the water so we could make individual cups of coffee. Also coffee bar was not well stocked.... If two adults are staying in a room, providing one regular coffee capsule, but two espresso and one decaf is not logical at all.

It’s a really nice hotel and location is on Whyte Avenue where most of the entertainment venues and restaurants are. Unfortunately the parking is not at the hotel although there was free valet parking. Not surprisingly it’s pretty loud. We would stay there again.

The staff were great especially James, the breakfast was wonderful, loved the valet parking but will not be staying there again due to the EXTREME heat and no Air Conditioner as an option in the room. You can open the window, but due to it being on Whyte the noise is extremely loud. James did bring us a fan to assist with the heat in our room, and that helped a little. The hallways and elevators are cool and have air conditioning, but no AC in the rooms and it is definitely hot. It was my fault for booking as I assumed there was AC and on the description, it clearly doesn’t state AC. My fault. Great staff though!! Thanks for everything.
