I was hoping for a clean space but it wasn't. Dusty under the bedside table. Leaky flush area.
Broken shower handle.
Shower temperature was not consistent at all.
Air conditioning was not effective.
Floor was dusty.
Bedside chair was dirty. Hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time.
Fantastic location with excllent options to eat, drink and shop within walking distance.
Rooftop bar staff is exceptional as was the IPA - best beer I've had in India!
Unable to meet commitment. Lack in communication. Was a very unhappy guest. I spent hours at the reception desk explaining a no show for one of the rooms. The diplomat checked in for a couple of hours and checked out.
