We arrived at 12 .30 which was our problem. We went out and came back at 2.10 and was told the room was not ready. We waited till 2.45 and was told the room was ready after we asked Not much cooperation from the check in staff

Disappointing
Very helpful staff keen to assist but some of reception staff were offhandish. Rooms very small, air conditioning didn’t work very well. Hotel is not located in a good part of town and we wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is great for any occasion you might have for visiting Berlin. Room very clean, staff very friendly and very helpful. I didn't have food but the lounge area is quite comfortable and the breakfast area is quite spacious. Central Station is 10min walk from Hotel. Underground is 2min walk. Visiting Berlin again I will definitely look to book this hotel.
