The staff were very nice throughout the stay. The room was very nice. Room service was quick when we needed something. The process of checking in and out was very easy. I was there during my birthday and they left me a note a dessert which was a very nice gesture. The room and the hotel itself was clean. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in or around the hotel. Not sure if I’ll be back in Bogota, however, I’d stay here again!

My sister, my husband and myself just returned home from a 7 nights stay from this treasure of a hotel. We speak English but that wasn't a barrier since for those who dont would use their translation app to communicate with us. Everyone was so friendly kind and hospitable. The hotel is very clean Our room attendants did a good job making sure we all come back to clean rooms every day. The only thing is that on the last night of our stay we went to a restaurant a couple blocks up the street. I got food poisoning. I was so sick i thought i couldn't make the flight home. Other from we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. If you are planning a vacation in Bogota dont hesitate to book this place

The service reflects the quality of the Hyatt chain hotels and on top of that, the Colombian hospitality was the best. Food was great and our event was organized very well with amazing service from the staff.

I have booking for 3 day and due to weather we miss flight and can’t make it same day our booking , I call hotel and let them know but no reply and when I check in next day , they charge me for 3 day , I only stay 2 day . Hotel and property are great but need service to improve .
