Two Miles to the beautiful Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. This unique Clayton I home has everything you need to make your vacation complete! The main home features two bedrooms, 1 full bath, laundry room, walk-in closet, and an updated kitchen that opens into the living room. Great for entertaining. The guest home has a full size bed, bunk beds, and a full bathroom. This home has two decks one right outside the main home/guest house. The other is up another flight of stairs.
This house is located one block away from Sunny Shores park. There you can bbq, fish, walk your pet, or launch a kayak. Reserve today you will not be disappointed. 1 week min rental. Pets must be approved by management.

Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Great Week in Cortez
The property was attractive, clean, and located conveniently. It's within walking distance of one of the few remaining real fishing villages on Florida and 30 minutes from Sarasota.

20 minute walk to beach
This rental in Cortez was a twenty minute walk across the bridge to the island. Make sure you eat at the tide table in Cortez.

Perfect location and a great space to chill!
What an incredibly pleasant surprise this place turned out to be. Comfortably spacious to spend time indoors and great location when your time is spent on the island and Sarasota. I particularly enjoyed being able to return to the house via US41 when in Sarasota vs. Longboat. This completely avoided the Longboat traffic to Cortez bridge. The location was superb and whenever we decided to chill it was very comfortable to stay in. I definitely want to stay here again.
