Definitely doesn’t deserve its 9.0 star rating. Fitted sheet too small to fit the mattress so you slept on exposed mattress, doona cover not enclosed so you had exposed doona, cleaning service (except for towels) only once every three days, property is much more dated than the photos show. Only upsides were that the staff were friendly and it’s in a central location.

I love the proximity to Central Station, the self-contained facility & the grocery store next door. However, I did not like that the shower was fixed in height to suit a man & the spray just hit the wall above my head.

Large well equipped apartment with everything you need, elegant fit out that works well with the heritage building. Close to shopping, restaurants and two train stations. Convenient pull in out the front for drop off and pick-up by taxis.

We had a very good overnight stay at Adina Apartment Hotel. The apartment was clean and had well equipped. It is ideally located opposite the central railway station though it is on a noisy street. After checking out, we left our bags at the hotel for the day while we went out to explore. Rebecca could not have been more helpful. It was a great place for a short stay.

Parking is the main reason for a lack of satisfaction. I selected the Adina as they offered valet parking. I corresponded regarding mobility issues and was assured parking would be available. The night before our trip i was emailed regarding “no valet parking” with a link to nearby parking. Unfortunately due to an event in the city there was no parking to be found before 6pm and quite a lot of stress was had in attempt to find anywhere to park at all. We wasted hours not being able to access our room in sweltering conditions. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels - the lack of parking coupled with the price of our room really wasn’t acceptable. After recent knee surgery, lugging my bags a block and a half up a steep incline to the hotel was not an inconvenience I appreciated.

We were in need of a staycation and decided to book here. Combined it with a local show, it was an awesome location, beautfiul apartment, gorgeous outlook onto Anzac Square and fantastic staff. Highly recommend.
