Awkward checkin, spacious modern room
Checkin after 8pm was awkward: They requested credit card info for incidentals by phone before giving the lockbox code, then required a call back for that code on arrival at hotel and were somewhat vague in their instructions. Not that near airport, requires taxi/uber. The room itself was very spacious and modern, quiet.

The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. No aircon in second bedroom. The walk ways to the rooms were a little grubby, and there was no access to the outdoor sitting area through the sliding doors, which would have been nice.

Great location for an overnight near the airport, but could have been cleaner. Fridge, dishwasher and some cupboards all were not really clean, with crumbs, chocolate pieces, etc visible. The kettle was mouldy. Property elsewhere was clean, so I assume some rushed housekeeper, but that is not good enough.

Their website states dining is available every day. Incorrect! According to the receptionist the cook requires the weekend off or he becomes cranky so their only dining option on weekends are a very limited selection of pre-made meals you can heat up in a microwave. Any off property dining option is not within walking distance. And many rooms are only accessed by climbing 14 stairs, dragging any luggage you have with you. DO NOT stay here on any weekend unless you have a car.

Great location, easy parking and good breakfast spot a short walk. Quieter than I was expecting, we had a double room, with 2 single beds for the nearly adult kids, and a queen for us. Very comfortable room and layout. Highly recommend.

First off Aussies must use a different standard for 4 stars. Room was very basic, but clean. Poor no TV reception manager couldn't get to work. Washer/Dryer although free had to pound the controls to get to operate, and asked once again the manager.Door had a draft.
