Easy to get to by car, appreciated being able to park at property and everything we needed to have a good stay. Also very much appreciated the upgrade to 2 king beds for my adult daughter and I.

Location, location, location
This hotel was in an ideal location. Not right in the centre and hustle and bustle but just on the fringe and within easy walking distance of the many cafes, restaurants and outdoor activities. The staff were amazing.

Loved that it’s a super quick walk from the train station and Southbank Parklands. Lots of entertainment nearby with river tour pick ups, dining and things to do with children. The convenience of being steps away from the riverbank, walking bridges and Griffith Uni is just lovely. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel, we liked it so much that we booked ourselves in twice.

Only thing I’m disappointed with is I parked my car there. You don’t have priority parking for guests. You take out The $100 bond is taken out instantly.The $40 parking fee is taken out of my account instantly. But the remaining money takes time to be given to my account and then you have the hide to take out a credit card fee of $0.98 from my account for credit card fees ,when in fact I used a debit card that attracts no fee and you also have a tax deduction of the money, so in affect you are double dipping on the transaction.

Super easy and quick to book, reception staff friendly and helpful, easy to park, comfortable room. Would have been interesting to know how to turn off the ceiling fan at the pool as it was a bit breezy in there. Otherwise a pretty perfect stay.
