I think that the policy change that I cant pay for the room with debit and let the preauth go thru credit card is ridiculous! Im the customer and I should get to chose how to pay without having pending transactions sitting on my card for days! Honestly what does it matter. It should be about your customers. Its also less admin work then the new way. Should change it back before you piss customers off and they take there buisness else where.

The hotel staff was fantastic. The rooms were kept cleaned and the facility was really nice. My only problem was we went down for breakfast one morning and we had really bad service. I don’t know if that’s with all the waitresses but Besides that it was a great experience

We stayed for a short one night stay. A really nice modern hotel with everything you need. Decent restaurant and the rooftop hot tubs are a nice place to relax. It is between the airport and freeway so there was some noise from both. Not horrible and didn’t affect anyone in my family but me. Depends how deep of a sleeper you are I guess.
