We had an issue with the heat, it was very cold in the room. It took quite a while to fix but it did eventually get fixed. However the temperature was either too hot or too cold, we never found a comfortable setting. The service and everyone we came in contact with was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

It seemed like it needs a refresh. I thought the hallways had a mild unpleasant smell that they tried to cover with scent. My bathroom had a chipped counter that had been repaired. When I called the front desk the first day to say I'm allergic to down pillows, I was first told to just feel the pillows for feathers and not use those! Didn't send any new pillows. That didn't work, and I woke up stuffed up. So I called again and they brought foam pillows and replaced the down comforter.

The room was not properly cleaned for our stay. When I went to shower in the morning there was hair all over the shower wall and tub as well as a dirty used wash rag hanging from the shower rod. It was rather upsetting to discover the next day and realizing we just spent the night in a room that wasn’t cleaned.
