This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse is situated in Calpe, front line of the Salt Lake and at just 100 meters away from the Beach. The harbour is just 1-2 minutes walk away from the building and it comes with a free private parking place.
There is a communal swimming pool in the building.
The apartment is on the 8th floor and the building counts with 2 elevators and possibility to connect to the communal wi-fi system on a prepaid mode.
On the lower level there is a large sunny not covered terrace, dinning/living area and open kitchen fully equipped, same as a service toilet.
The interior stairs will take you to the 3 bedrooms, one with bunk bed and the other 2 with 2 double beds. 1 bedroom with bath. There is no terrace on this level, but you can envoy sea views from all rooms.
