The hotel interior had a modern feel. The staff were friendly and my room was on the 1st floor, so easy to access the amenities. Safe, quiet, and able to adjust room temperature and fan levels. Parking available for free. Clean enough (not spotless, but it's a hotel, after all). Didn't get a chance to try the on site cafe but the complimentary breakfast was super nice. Again, service was very good. I would stay here again.

Always love staying here. It’s very dog friendly and easy access to outside being on the ground level. The hot tub is beautiful and staff are great. Coffee and vegan options right in the lobby!

We have stayed at many hotels in Banff and this was one of the best. Our room was very nice, the hot tubs are excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredible. Our favourite coffee shop in Banff is located inside the hotel. We were very happy with our stay!

This is one of my fav places in Banff, walkable distance to downtown, nice hotel all round, a bit of an older property, but checks all the boxes, nice continental breakfast, I dream about their homemade granola, great indoor courtyard hot tub, sheltered perfectly front elements! One of h my #1 choices in Banff!!

We loved our stay (2 adults, 2 children). Room was wonderful, beds and pillows were so comfortable, the location is perfect. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! I could go on about how great this place is. This will be our family’s first choice of hotel for all future trips to Banff. Having stayed at many other properties in town, the value here is truly unmatched.

This was the SMALLEST Room ive ever stayed in. you walk in the front door basically going into the bathroom. Turn the corner and there is your little table and then your bed. This was a closet that got turned into a hotel room that i paid $500 FOR. I paid less and got more last time at the same hotel SAME weekend.
