This 3BR, 2BA vacation rental home, with Southern exposure, in Cape Coral welcomes your group of 6 to adventure, relaxation, and time together in paradise.
Of course, everyone’s idea of “paradise” is a bit different. Maybe it’s splashing in a large, sparkling, screened pool that's solar-heated to a perfect 87 degrees year-round. Or piling in the car for a beach day at one of the stunning beaches within 10-35 minutes, including Ft. Meyers, Sanibel Island, and Yacht Club Beach.
Or maybe it's fishing from the dock just 50 ft. from your door. —the canal feeds directly into the warm Gulf. Rent or dock your boat at our boat dock 50 ft. away with water and electric available.

Paradise may also mean, when the season is right, plucking fresh mangoes and avocados in your backyard to go with breakfast. Or golden-hour BBQs on the screened lanai, a dozen palm trees swaying on a tropical breeze...
Whatever your definition of the good life, it’s all here!
FAMILY-FRIENDLY INDULGENCE
As parents ourselves, we know it’s hard to truly relax until you're sure the kids are safe and entertained. So we installed an alarm on the door leading to the pool that alerts you to their comings and goings, plus a pool safety fence with self-closing gate that separates the lanai from the pool. We also provide wearable wristbands that send an alarm when submerged for an extra layer of safety.
Entertainment options range from high-tech goodies like a Nintendo Switch and free Wi-Fi, to tech-free fun like board games, three bicycles, and fishing poles.

For the littlest guests, we provide a Pack 'n Play and booster/highchair seat. A utility room with washer & dryer keeps beach towels and bathing suits fresh.
FUN ON THE LANAI
The pool lanai will quickly become a center-point of your vacation. Breezy, comfy, and bug-free, this entirely screened space has a table for 8, a gas grill and pool toys.
The home’s layout puts the lanai front-and-center, too, with access from the master suite, living room and kitchen. Open the interior doors and let the breezes flow through. (There’s also A/C, of course, if the breezes don’t quite cut it!)
A full, open kitchen is another favorite gathering spot: it has plenty of counter space for crafting meals, plus a microwave, glass-cook top stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig + regular coffee maker to get you caffeinated for a day packed with Gulf Coast adventures.
BED & BATH
In addition to the King size master suite with its own bath, there's also a queen-size second bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bath with a tub/shower combo.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
Enjoy some time on the canal and gulf waters with our on-site kayaks or boat dock for your rental boat. There are many local boat rental suppliers to choose from which will deliver your boat to our dock for your use. Boat lift is not available. Contact me personally for this.

CLEAN AND SAFE
As the owners of this vacation rental, we use the property frequently for maintenance, extra cleaning, and relaxing. We know how important it is that all surfaces be disinfected along with cleaning. As a matter of fact, this has been the protocol all along. You will also find that we have added a HEPA air filtration unit to help with germs and any allergies that you may have. We are thankful that we have a family run cleaning service that we can trust, and you can too. And for your added protection we have disinfectant cleaners available for your use during your stay. You can feel safe here while you relax in the warmth around the pool.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private lanai. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a video-game console is provided for your entertainment.

Wonderful vacation home
We absolutely loved the home. Everything was just as shown. The owners really thought of everything you could possibly need to make this a wonderful stay. From spices and cookware to inflated pool floats and everything in between. The lanai was large and offered many seating options. The pool was warm and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was in an excellent neighborhood, with gorgeous landscaping. Excellent layout for relaxing and having fun. The lanai and pool were the highlights. Very quite area to sit out at night and enjoy the surroundings. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The house had everything one would need and more! Looking forward to staying with my family here again.

The neighborhood was gorgeous as was the property of our stay. The house was so completely stocked that we did not have to buy anything. I have never stayed in such a well stocked home. Also I absolutely LOVED the floor plan of the house and pool. Yes the pool, OMG it was fantastic and so relaxing, just exactly what we needed after a long summer of running our own business. 15 minutes to the beach every day was also a plus. Worst experience ever!!
BE AWARE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My family and I booked this house for the 4th of July weekend, everything was perfect until the day we arrived, we arrived June 30th my family and I went on different cars we had 4 cars parks we check in at almost 8 pm and the next morning around 7am I had a message from the Host saying that we broke house rules that we had a party and had more than 17 people in the house because we had 4 cars outside that if we did not leave the house law enforcement was going to be called. I contacted the host and explained to her that we did not had a party at the property we had just gotten there and the reason we had 4 cars outside is because we drove in different cars. Within just a few hours we had to leave and had to rent in another place in the middle of the July 4th weekend this was not cheap we spend a lot of money for the weekend. I tried to talk to the host and she did not listen she wanted us out we had kids with us we were on vacation and just had the worst experience… I thought because of all the good reviews she had we would have a pleasant experience but at this point i believe the reviews are a fraud!! I am fighting to get a refund for the days we were not there because the host did not even cancel the trip to stay with the money! Which I’m started to think she frequents to do this. We drove from out of town and just want to have a good time in beautiful Cape Coral and this experience almost ruined our family vacation.

Great home.
We have stayed in quite a few vacation homes. This home was our favorite. The heated pool was awesome. The home also had everything you needed. From spices in the cabinets to plenty of bath amenities. We hope to return next year.

Julie’s house is wonderful. From communication before arriving, to the beautiful landscaping, the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the comfortable furnishings, and of course, the excellent pool and lanai area, Julie’s house exceeded expectations. We stayed for 10 days, spending most of our time in the pool, taking advantage of the vast array of pool toys and safety equipment offered for our 10 month old and 3 year old. Every inch of the house is well thought out, even little things like a baby monitor, toys, white noise machines, and buckets and spades in the garage. It was the perfect home away from home for us, and we were very sad to leave! Julie was a very attentive host, replying almost immediately to our questions both before and during the stay. Book today-you won’t be disappointed!

This property was so inviting with beautiful landscaping and a feeling of privacy tho in populated neighborhood. House was roomy, very clean, just the right decor, and everything we could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the lanai and pool...so relaxing! I even enjoyed working at the kitchen sink with the large windows allowing me to view the pool, canal, and beautiful outdoors! Communicating with owner was completely lovely. We consider our stay at Vacation Reset to be one of our best Getaways ever! Hope to return!

Fantastic and relaxing property
We came as a family of 5 with three young children. We had a tremendously relaxing vacation; the properties outdoor space is simply amazing for a family with little kids. The house is well located in Cape Coral and relatively close to everything. Naples is an hour away and has a nice zoo and Children’s museum, and Ostero beach is less than a half hour. A Publix right around the corner from the house completes the circle of awesome. Julie was a pleasure to communicate with and the house is super well prepared for anything. Very clean and organized - I appreciated the printed labels demonstrating the utility and intended use of various items. We loved it!

Beautiful relaxing getaway
This was our first vacation with our one year old and it was great! The house was well equipped with a high chair, safety gate for pool, toys, pack and play, and all on one level so you don’t have to worry about climbers. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool! Super clean and had a great view. House was wonderful and had a cozy charm. 10 min drive to the local beach. One recommendation I would make since this is a house that is more geared to families with little ones, is maybe a small portable baby gate to block off stuff like in front of tv. My little guy kept running to dvds and I was afraid he would break them. Thankfully no problems! Lanai screen was wonderful for bugs. Quiet surroundings. No crazy party people thank goodness! Wonderful outdoor eating area. Cleaning was great. King bed was super comfortable!!! All in all- book this house if you have kiddos and want a fun get away! Thanks Julie! You are the best!

A wonderful and very beautiful getaway!
My family had the fortune of staying at Julie’s home this past week and we cannot say enough about how fabulous the property is. The landscape is so beautiful, the property very clean and fully stocked and the pool was a highlight! It was not a far drive from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel but we also had a few wonderful afternoons just relaxing at the house. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return next year!
