Villa near Cape Harbor, with large pool, whirlpool

The elegant villa is located in the southernmost and most interesting part of Cape Coral. Dream view of the water: It is one of the few plots on the Nimrod Canal. From the dock and the 25-meter captains walk you can watch dolphins and manetees, go fishing and enjoy the view of the tropical garden with palm trees.
The extraordinarily large plots of land in the neighborhood guarantee you peace and privacy.

A special variant for family friends:
You can spend your vacation with friends and still maintain your privacy: Simply rent for max. 16 people our two neighboring houses dolphin view (2451400) and blue marlin (2463457).

In just a few minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico via the sailboat canal, without bridges - a dream for all boaters. You can moor your boat directly at the in-house dock or on one of the two boat lifts.

The Villa Dolphin View was extensively renovated by us in summer 2015 and furnished very tastefully. The high-quality kitchen with a granite worktop, wine fridge and central hob leaves nothing to be desired. The luxurious ambience of the villa is not comparable to usual holiday homes, since we also use the villa privately. It has only been rented to holiday guests since the end of 2015.
The living area is approximately 250sqm. The large glass fronts flood the rooms with light. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely.
All rooms are equipped with TV and fans. Two separate ones
Master areas are equipped with private bathrooms, bedrooms with king-size beds and walk-in closets. Perfect for vacationing with two families or visiting grandparents. Two lovingly furnished queen size bedrooms with the themes 'Seastar' and 'Blue Ocean' are a dream for children! Our own four children were involved in the room design.

The spacious terrace with a heated pool and whirlpool is covered in the dining area.
A large gas grill, pool lighting and comfortable lounge chairs invite you to cozy barbecues on the terrace.
Beach chairs, beach towels, a cool box and a parasol are available for your beach excursions.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

Great House, perfect location
Spent Christmas here this year, and was was perfect. About 10 mins by boat out of the canals, and right at the start of the miserable mile. Nice pool and hot tub with a large dock. If I had to pick out one small issue it would be that the pool was in service mode prior to our arrival, and in December that meant the pool was about 70. It took a solid day and a half before the kids could comfortably swim. Once the pool was warm it was perfect for the reat of the stay. House had everything you need to cook, and is a 3 min drive to Publix. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in this area. We have large family and had pleanty of space in the house. iserservice mode

Perfect home for a family vacation
Home is beautiful with plenty of room and privacy. Location is right on the water with boats and wildlife to watch as they pass by. Easy dock access for a boat. Host is easy to work with and so accommodating. Chris the property manager is great-always responds immediately and takes care of any issues. Pet friendly is a plus!

Great Location and amazing Property!
This house has everything we needed. The property is amazing, the views in the canal are amazing. We saw an alligator swimming, manatees, and plenty of fish, we even saw a bald eagle flying. Amazing week and great property. My son enjoyed fishing from the dock all week.

This property is a wonderful place to stay! There are 2 primary suites with King beds and 2 smaller bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The 3rd bathroom has access to the pool as well as to the hall inside. The open concept kitchen/living area is perfect for gathering and conversation. Just about everything you need is supplied by the owner. I do bring a crockpot for use on busy golf or beach days. It is nice to have dinner ready when you get home. The lanai and pool area is a favorite spot. So peaceful and beautiful. Dolphins and an occasional Manatee can be seen in the canal; although this year we did not see as many. We always look forward to staying at Dolphin View. The owner and the property manager are fantastic to work with.

We enjoyed the stay so much we have already booked our return. This is a spacious, ranch-style home with two generous master suites, comfortable furniture, and an open plan kitchen and living room. The long dock affords a pleasant water view beyond the pool. Cool weather this trip meant we only used the hot tub, but that was well-liked by all. Great communication with both the owner and the local property manager.

Property is just as advertised and displayed. The interior is a bit dated but that was not an issue and I would not hesitate renting it again. The property manager was very friendly, personable, and available. One small leak we had was repaired immediately. I liked the location - near a main canal so lots of boats to watch.

A Peaceful Retreat
Dolphin View is a wonderful place to stay. The owners and property manager are very detailed oriented. They are always improving the property, which, by the way, does not need much improvement. There are two master suites with king beds and 2 smaller bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen is open to the dining & living areas with easy access to the large lanai and pool. We love watching the many boats coming and going on the canals and seeing dolphins near the dock. We even saw a manatee in the canal this year. Can't saw enough about this property. Love it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house, the view is even better than pictures. The location is very close to the Marina, restaurants, and Publix. House is well equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers. Pool is very large, and spa was a welcomed plus during the colder than usual Christmas holiday. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! We were a group of 7, mostly family. This home offered everything we needed and more at a good value! The two master bedrooms were perfect. We had my husband’s parents with us and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The pool, hot tub and canal were the highlight! It was so relaxing to enjoy that view everyday. My husband, sons and our good friend enjoyed many hours of fishing and boat watching. We brought our golden retriever with us and she had just as much fun as we did! We loved the fact that she was able to be with us. We were able to take her to a dog-friendly beach on Sanibel Island. Our favorite restaurant was FINS Seafood & Bar. It’s not on the water, but it was better than a lot of the restaurants on the water! So tasty that some in the group went back a second time! The only regret we had was that my husband had to work a lot on this trip. That was unexpected, but we made the most of it. We highly recommend this house! If we get a chance to go back, we will definitely rent a boat next time!

The house was great! Pool amazing! We never once heard from the property manager. I've rented before and usual they give great ideas and all if anything is needed. We figured out how to run the pool and spa by ourselves but must've hit a wrong button because the pool was very warm on our last day. The property is beautiful and we would stay again just a little bit of customer service whose been nice.
