Pros: as stated above and the breakfast included for 2 inside the restaurant Abaca. Expedia had a better offer the hotel itself. Cons: the city view could be better but the glass was hazy or needs cleaning, laundry is self service with a charge, and one set of outlets by the master bed does not work. Overall a pretty good 3 star hotel.

The Citadines Hotel is a very good value for money hotel situated in a great location central to all major shopping centers and transport and as a bonus you have a robinsons supermarket downstairs.The rooms and facilities are very clean.Rooms have all the necessary amenities,bed was very comfortable and all the staff are very pleasant and accommodating.Breakfast which is included with the room was very good,not a large selection but adequate and fresh.The bakery items are top notch.Directly outside the main entrance there is a good selection of restaurants,cafes and shops.My only gripe with this property was the tour desk on the ground floor,they need to be more knowledgeable of the product they are providing,eg: Tours and have knowledge of the city attractions and directions,other than that we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to any future visitors to Cebu.

The room in general is good it’s just that I keep waking up hot as the aircon keep stop working and I can’t even hardly turn it off to cool down. The kitchen was ok, laundry is good, but a bit disappointed for no tea towel, no pot holder, no basic salt and paper, no milk for coffee. Bathroom almost perfect except no face washer. No pen and paper. Little things but adds value to guest stay to make it more comfortable.
