The staff was impeccable. At the last minute, I realized that I had booked the wrong days and had no where to stay the first night. I called the hotel and was treated extremely well and they helped without overpricing for the last minute room. Even though I loved the property, I'd go back for the staff alone. Everyone was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond.

This hotel helped make our stay in Charleston so wonderful. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing here. We had a beautiful room facing the water. They also provide a free breakfast that can be delivered to their atrium room, rooftop terrace or to your room. At 5pm, wine and appetizers were available for the taking. Nine pm was milk and cookies time for all to partake. This is a truly wonderful place to stay in Charleston. A free bus is available downtown and a stop is right across the street. Restaurants and shops abound nearby so the location cannot be beat! Looking forward to coming back to Charleston and certainly this hotel too.
