The staff was very nice. Kathy at the desk when we checked out was so kind. My son wasn’t feeling well and she was able to get us ginger ale and a late check out so he could rest a little before we left.

We did not like standing in the cold for 40 minutes waiting for shuttle that never came. Another shuttle driver brought us back to the hotel. He showed us the shuttle that was to pick us up.The front desk said the driver just returned and was coming right to us .but they did not send shuttle.Hilton has failed in our 6 people group.sorry business.January 4 ,2025

This was far and away the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything appeared new. The 24hr shuttle service to the airport was excellent—we were able to get picked up close to midnight with no problems at all. I am fairly picky about hotels but would definitely stay here again if I have an overnight layover.

The moment that you walk in the hotel you can tell that it is very well kept. Shares properties with Tru hotel. Overall, stay was amazing! The room was very spotless, comfortable bed, and great amenities. Would definitely book again!

Weird concept with 2 hotels attached yet seperate entities. The reason for the star misding is the parking. I did not need long term parking yet i had to pay $10 to park to stay at the hotel

Need Cotton Sheets
This is a very nice hotel and very reasonable. The mattress was comfortable but not too from soft. However, I was really hot. I removed the comforter and slept with just the sheet, but I woke up about every two hours sweating. And I’m not a sweater. The heat was set to 66. I think it might have been that the sheet are polyester. I would strongly urge the management to invest in cotton sheets! I probably won’t stay there again because of this.
