There were drug addicts and prostitutes hanging in the front of the entrance. Very scary and unsafe. I was not able to stay the 3 days I paid for because of it and the motel and Expedia are not helping me get my money back. Also the knobs to the shower were not attached, there was toilet paper stuck to the walls and I was unable to turn off my the ac in the room so it was freezing cold. The stairwell and elevator smelled like urine. The location was unsafe and dirty. I’d like my money back as I did not sleep there one night.

Super clean rooms. However, the outside of the property is dirty, real dirty. Drug addicts all over parking lot and surrounding areas. Cheap rooms that are CLEAN. 3/5 and that’s pushing it.

Would not recommend to anyone. Dirty, smelly and just nasty hotel. Honestly did not have high hopes due to the price and location but man was I wrong. Whole property smells like marijuana and has some not so friendly characters hanging around the property. The individual wanted me to pay my "deposit" in cash which I also found odd. Can truly say that if my stay was any long or my partner was with me, I would have ate what I already paid and went somewhere else. If that's not enough, the bed is as uncomfortable as they come and the pillows are for dolls I believe as they were truly the smallest excuses for a pillow ever. Don't waste your money or risk your safety. Find another spot to stay.

Never again..high deposit
The room "looked" clean but really wasnt..halls leading to the room were littered with cigarettes..water coming from the pipes was brown,,dead roached in the room,,roach legs under the mattress..ppl outside the office smoking weed and doing drugs broad daylight and guys asking for money right next to the sliding door entrance to main lobby..only positive was that there's decent food withing walking distance

Building was torn up. A gang of peoples standing around and sitting on curbs around bldg. No breakfast, no transport to airport.place needs to be torn down.hallway was filthy, walls filthy.i could not understand the desk person. How could expedia EVER use this property is beyond me. And i had my 17 yr ole grandaughter with me. This will certainly make me rethink ever using expedia again!

We pulled in the parking lot and there was garbage everywhere. We walked in and there were two guests at front desk requesting refunds after seeing the rooms. They stated the rooms were disgusting. We told attendant we would not be checking in and requested we not be billed as we had just booked it online at Expedia a few hours before. Expedia attempted to contact hotel numerous times and were unable to contact them to request a refund. I then saw the charge on my account. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
