Great staff! lots of restaurants and shopping within a few steps. TIP:If you are flying into the international terminal, van shuttle service request needs to be called in. In it not part of the regular route.

I chose this hotel because it was an early morning flight the next day, and it was an excellent choice. There is also a free shuttle to the airport, so we can go to the airport comfortably.

I always love a Marriott property but I guess there’s a first time for everything. We got in at night and we parked where it said guests. Then once we got settled in our small room we were told we had to move our car to the mall parking lot, which was totally sketchy late at night. The front desk manager was condescending and rude. There are very few amenities. And personally I would never stay at this property again. Also there are a list of rules printed on your “welcome” sheet. Very strange!

Typical Aloft accommodation; clean, great rooms and a lively atmosphere. The staff here are very efficient and friendly. The surrounding area can be noisy on the weekend with music until the early morning hours but the hotel itself is quiet with thick windows. It didn’t disrupt our rest.

Toilet was broken we had to take off the top to lift the handle from the inside to flush. The air wasn’t working the whole thermostat was broken. Only 1 bottle of water in the room, no soap no toothpaste or toothbrush. Bed has ring around it and breakfast was too expensive. Staff tried to charge me twice after I paid online
