This is my 4th stay at this hotel. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have for this last nights stay (Christmas Eve) is that someone near our room had a dog that they must have left alone in the room because it barked and barked for quite awhile. Staff tried to contact owners but evidently was unable to.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy, with floors that looked like they had never been mopped. We didn’t dare take our shoes off the entire time. The bathroom was even worse. The showerhead was broken, forcing us to squat to shower, and there wasn’t even a proper toilet paper holder, it was just sitting on the sink counter. To top it off, there was hair everywhere. The door had large gaps and appeared as if it had been kicked in at some point. The curtains were barely hanging, everything felt sticky, and the room reeked of an unbearable odor. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk was incredibly rude. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. “Terrible” doesn’t even begin to describe it. I will never stay here again!

RADDAION CORPORATE OFFICE PLEASE READ
So each night of our stay we had either employees or guests have access to our actual 2 room suite and if we did not have the deadbolt latch they would walked right on in. It was one of the most unsafe atmosphere I have ever paid for. I Heard employees up stairs fighting and listening to music like the would have been I'm a night club. Every time I called management and screamed at them for my unsafety they turned around and tried to act like it was our fault... no customer service experience ever and he's a manager... Who's raddison hiring? And why would these unsafe room conditions be near a international Airport. Thisbhotel should be shut down. If I would have called the police every staff member is responsible for the safety and security of its customers and having break inns in a hotel is a felony.... When asking for a refund or a room change should have never been a mission but they act like we were trying to get one over on the hotel? Really? Never again. And I might still seek out legal representation for this incident. And have every employee manage and owner of this establishment fired and put in jail.

I like that transportation (shuttle) was provided to and from airport. I didn’t like the way the driver drove. He drove a little fast. I also didn’t like the shower in the room. The water pressure was very low. And because the lot is shared with two hotels the parking filled up pretty quickly.

Pleasant Stay at Country Inn
The hotel is a bit older however it was clean, quiet and secure. The breakfast was very good, hot, and plentiful.

HORRIBLE STAY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
other than the hotel being a gross hole, the room didn't have a lamp for my work desk. The guy at front seemed to not care and made zero effort to get me one from another room. No clean drinking water on premises and they still charged me for a bottle of water. smoke alarm was low on batteries and beeping in the hall ALL NIGHT LONG, I asked them to fix this but they didn't. I will never stay here again and you will be getting a zero on google from me.
