I enjoyed my stay. The location is great, next to restaurants, stores, trains. Only thing I didn’t care for were some of the rooms are too close and you can hear. Walls are a little thin. The light comes on automatically when you enter the bathroom but doesn’t go off which was a little annoying but otherwise it’s a nice hotel

My friend’s wallet got stolen while eating dinner in the hotel restaurant. We notified the restaurant manager and he said he was unable to do anything about it. He also told us that there weren’t any cameras to look at but when we looked up at the ceiling we saw 3 right above the door. This means two things, the camera’s don’t work or he didn’t care enough to look. I would highly recommend staying away from this hotel because if anything happens they won’t do anything about it.

This Arlo location is excellent as everything is within 5 minute walking distance. Anything further is reachable by public transit. It is centrally located between the major parks, the squares, public transit, yet is still easy to reach. The amenities were pleasant. The hotel room was compact, but still clean and enjoyable by my wife and I. For anyone traveling/visiting the central Loop in Chicago, I highly recommend this place if your priority is location/convenience.

Didn’t love our stay here. It’s located on a very busy and touristy street. Make sure to stay on a high floor or else it feels like you’re literally staying on the side of the road. The room we stayed in was tiny and housekeeping didn’t come both days. They have modern amenities including a very comfortable bed and big shower, which is nice, but otherwise not impressive. Also, they use way too much perfume in the lobby. It was so strong it gave my husband and I a headache.
