“Room service” awful. Should be called take out. Came all shoved into one plastic container in a paper bag. Room service is supposed on a cart wheeled into your room with ceramic plates and glasses.

Nice hotel. Great location. Nice room. Pictures made hotel seem like it was so much more. It was just one small hallway. Nothing more. Very disappointed with the lobby. I thought by the pictures I was getting so much more! Payed a $150 resort fee for two night. There was absolutely no resort and no resort benefits. That was purely a money grab. Didn’t even get my room cleaned each day. Nice room. Nice hotel. Just less that I thought!

Loved this property. It was in a great location and had dining options of all kinds everywhere around it. Walking distance to shopping and super close to Millennium Park. The staff were great and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Our room was cosy and comfortable and suited all our needs.

The Arlo Hotel was one of my all time favorite stays. I felt very welcomed and inclusive. The staff including maintenance was very kind and helpful and met my needs at all times. This hotel made my first experience visiting Chicago the best.
