Door card didn't work, had to go back and get new ones. You could see out the door craxk to the hallway beyone so therefore was noisy

Everything was clean, and nice for the price I paid. The only downfall was that my water in the shower didn’t get hot. Other than that my husband and I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay.

Overall property need updating very dated . Tv very small / fan in bathroom sounds like an old car / and place small moldy as if there is water damage . Bed vas very good however I keep looking as I thought a water bug would have came out from a corner . For the price they definitely need to update if paying over 100 dollars a night

No hot water
I received a call the day before my stay stating the hotel had no hot water. I could cancel my stay, but would have to go through Hotels.com for a refund. I decided to stay anyway, no discount on the room because I chose to stay. I say service was good, they did call me. When my door wouldn’t open they pounded on it until it opened, than it was fine until the very last time I had to open it. They got it opened quickly. All in all it was okay.

This property was not safe or suitable for families vacationing. It seems that it is being used as low cost housing. I was first sent to an occupied room. The person staying in that room did not appear to be a short term guest. There was a pile of laundry visible on the bed. The hotel rep was very cagey about the mix up. I observed that people were using the dining area as a living area
