Stunning Corner lot Canal Front home. This home is at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy 150 feet of new Seawall. Watch the Manatee and dolphins daily along with the resident Bald Eagle.

For your convenience, we also provide free cable, wireless Internet, We have a high-efficiency washer and dryer available for you to use. Linens and towels are provided for your use.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Crock pot, blender :0), Coffee maker that can make 12 cups or Kcup

We only allow 1 boat docked at property. There is space for 1 truck and trailer along with 2 cars in driveway. No parking in Grass or street is allowed. We have a 6 guest limit! That count includes children.

The unit will have 1 paper towel rolls, some napkins & 2 TP per bathroom for your use. Plenty of spices in cabinet along with salt and pepper.

This stunning waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. There is a floating dock, fresh water to rinse your boat. The back yard features extensive decks with seating to enjoy the beauty of the river and wildlife. The screened in private patio has a propane BBQ grill and ample seating. The screened patio run 33 feet along the back of the house The property is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat.

Crystal River has activities for the whole family, Biking , Hiking, fishing, Kayaking. Wildlife viewing.

There are 2 Kayaks, 1 paddleboard, 1 Three person canoe and 3 bicycles for your use.

Crystal River offers has one of the best scalloping in Florida.

During the summer. You can catch freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, or look for manatees and dolphins. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and deep-water grouper fishing.

Within a short drive, there is a mall with a multiplex movie theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Crystal River Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the 12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a lifetime here!

Girls Trip to Swim with the Manatees

We had an amazing time in Crystal River! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. There was a lovely screened in porch just perfect for morning coffee and dock area where we could see crabs and fish. Very close to great restaurants and our tour guides for snorkeling with manatees. Simply wonderful!

Manatee Point

Manatee Point is the perfect location if you want to experience “Old Florida”. We enjoyed the many state parks and springs in the area. Lots to do if you love the outdoors. My family enjoyed kayaking right from our own dock and my grandkids were thrilled to see their first manatee from their kayak. Our host, Tina, thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great property!

We loved this house! It was clean and bright, tastefully decorated and comfortable furniture too! The lanai was our favorite place to relax after a day of exploring the trails and parks nearby. We did a boat tour of the river and springs, and visited Homassa Springs Park to see the manatees. We were sad to leave, and look forward to coming back! The only glitch, and it was a minor one, was the discovery of a few bugs in the house. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Perfect spot on the water

Everything was as advertised. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. We had a great stay. Kitchen was fully stocked down to a crockpot. Host provided shampoos and such which was helpful for those that travelled by plane. Thanks again!

Great stay and awesome host

The property is as advertised. VERY CLEAN and stocked with anything you might think you need. The host, Tina, was extremely responsive and accomodating. We arrived on Christmas Day, so grocery stores and delivery services weren't open. She offered to receive a delivery at the house the afternoon before arrival, which was a huge help! There was also a welcome gift of snacks and sweets waiting for us when we arrived. Great location, less than a 10 min drive of all our planned activities. We loved wandering around the cute little downtown Crystal River area and ate at some really fabulous restaurants. We loved our visit and would definitely consider staying here again if we ever come back!

Thanksgiving getaway !

The property was exactly as listed, we use Vrbo 6 to 7 times a year for the past 5 years and this one was by far the best stocked, any pot and pan, tissue, blankets down to q-tips, ziplock bags and tinfoil. Tina was always available and very quick to respond. We’ll definitely be returning !

You will love the wildlife!

We saw manatee every day! Also saw an occasional alligator here and there! Tina and Jon are great hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best possible. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

Nice location and neighborhood. House was well stocked and very clean. The host answered questions quickly. The sun room was my favorite spot. Fishing right there in the canal, but mostly catfish. Trip cut short by hurricane Helene.

Perfect Vacation Spot

My wife and I stayed here and brought out boat to hang out with the manatees and do some fishing. The dock was perfect and had easy assess to all of the activities. There were even kayaks that we used to visit and swim with the manatees. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as advertised. We use VRBO quite often and this was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Our trip was cut short due to Tropical Storm Debbie and our host was in constant contact with us while monitoring the weather and the local advisories. Even though we had to leave early due to the potential of the storm surge, we had an amazing time at this location and would gladly book here again. It truly deserves more than 5 stars.

Perfect location for local activities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had every amenity we needed plus more. The location was quiet and easily accessible. We used the bikes as often as the weather allowed and walked the trails at Crystal River Preserve State Park many times. This was our first time using VRBO and appreciated the positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Best vrbo we’ve seen-great location,quiet,on the water,fished and saw manatees from dock,house has tons of space and screened in porches, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and living room with surround stereo tv and theater chairs,kayaks and canoe and bikes to use-everything listed was as good or better than presented-owner was great to work with-first time in area and she was honest and easy to work with-we stayed 10 nights and the whole experience was 5 stars for sure

Perfect location and nice water-based amenities

This home is located on a canal and comes equipped with 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and a plastic canoe. While the equipment clearly has seen use (bungees at front and back of watercraft no longer complete), the basics are there, which is wonderful! There are also 3 bikes, and everything you need for daily living at the house. Fun for all! Just wish the weather had been warmer while we were there:)

We stayed for 4 days with our son and his family. The kids caught soooo many fish! The property location is exceptional. Close to everything but yet isolated and quiet. We swam with manatees and saw the bald eagles. The house has EVERYTHING you could need or want. Tina was great. We will be back for sure

We had a great stay. The house is in a good neighborhood on the river. We where able to bring our John Boat no problem. There is a boat launch in the neighborhood. We saw mantees and alot of wild life. Crystal River is beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would go back. Thanks Marisa
