Wrost wver, dont go there.
Wrost hotel so far, lobby, common areas, elevator and room, everything was extremly dirty. My room had moldy smell, there was water leack from the wall, bathroom.door have literally hole in bottom. , it was unlovaable. I had to find other hotel at night. Staff was nice though.

The facilities are in very poor condition. The staff was very rude when I called asking for extra towels and pillows. I stayed for 4 days and they didn't give me any towels and I had to go to Walmart to buy towels and pillows. I didn't want to leave because I had already paid for the whole week. Choose another hotel.

The elevator #1, the ice machine was not working. I had a connected room with someone I don't know who had 2 large dogs trying to knock the door down every time I made a move in my area. Barked at everything mostly. I could go on and on. I must say the only good thing about the stay, the front desk staff was excellent, all the ones I encountered. Too bad your facility was not good

I mean, it does what it says on the wrapper? It’s a bed to sleep in. Don’t expect much more. The staff is great but the hotel is run down and not in the best location. It is what it is.

It is more of an apartment complex than a motel. Lots of long term staying people....doors open, Music blasting from rooms. and people throwing large amounts of trash into bins at the end of the hallways. AC units that were running dripped water which ran alng the concrete hallways (listeria-green bacteria noticed). First room we were given, the tv and phone did not work. The second room, tv worked but the next door neighbors had a party in and out of their room....lots of noice. About midnight, the cops arrived and broke up the party. I heard 2 dogs next door as well barking most of the night (a big dog and a small dog). But the worse part was that the neighbor tried to get into our room most of the night. He pounded on the front door several times during and after the party. He also tried to get on our room by the ajoining door. He pounded on the door and tried to force the door open several times and was screaming at us through the night. My husband and i did not get much sleep that night. In the morning, we asked to be moved to a third room. We slept most of our last day in Miami instead of going out and doing the fun things we had planned The front desk staff were extremely nice.

Rooms were so filthy. Housekeeper is clearly only changing the sheets, if at all. No sweeping or mopping. Front desk manager is amazing though.
