Watersong Resort - Davenport, Florida is a 46-acre paradise only 20 minutes to the area's main attraction, Walt Disney World. This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area.

This vacation home features SIX, dynamic themed spaces. The first is an impressive Steam Punk master bedroom with an ensuite that was created for a TV shoot. A whimsical “50s Diner” games room with retro pool table, Foose ball table, and jukebox was designed for kids of all ages and includes a combination Pac-Mac/Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade machine. The kids’ jungle room prominently displays floor-to-ceiling 3D animal sculptures and a playful fort-style bunkbed. The circus bedroom boasts an intricate ceiling painted to look like a circus big top tent – plus many more hidden circus treasures. Families can relax in the home’s upstairs “Popcorn Theatre” – where families can watch one of the hundreds of movies provided on the room’s 60” 3D TV. And last but certainly not least – Morocco meets Aladdin in the highly detailed pool area where golden lanterns, teak arches, and patterned walls and floors will transport you to Agrabah.

All of the bedrooms include high-end mattresses, mattress protectors and covers, duvets, bed linens, towels, TVs, and other décor touches and accessories you would see in a five-star resort. The ensuite in one of the villa’s TWO MASTER BEDROOMS is wallpapered to give it the luxurious feel of a washroom in a world-class boutique hotel.

The main floor living and entertaining space includes a 60” 3D TV with in-ceiling surround sound, a large refrigerated wine cabinet, a card/games table, games cabinet and a fully stocked kitchen. Other touches include WiiU and PS3 gaming systems (remember to bring your own games and controllers); board games, books, and DVD libraries; and so much more.

But the best space is really the villa’s outdoor area. Backing on a nature reserve and flanked by lush tropical/privacy gardens, this villa’s backyard features a large pool with multi-colored lighting, an oversized lanai, and a screened-in area. A BBQ (direct gas line – no tanks required) and an outdoor fridge are offered (complimentary) to guests. A large dining table, numerous loungers, a large-screen TV and a spa complete this idyllic outdoor space.

Fantastic Villa on Watersong. Plenty of room for 10 people and the villa beautifully decorated. Games room was amazing and the children loved the pool area. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great comms before our stay. Lovely gated community with pretty tree lined drives (not may have this). Property a great size - we had 10 in our party being 7 adults and 3 children (3-11 yrs) and it worked really well for us. We had a bedroom spare for our party requirements. The games room was a hit with everyone. We bbq da couple of times which was fab alternative to eating out for the two weeks. The TV lounge upstairs was perfect and tbh, as good as a dedicated cinema room with the way it’s configured. The gym isn’t available 7 days a week to guests but if I’m honest, I would have made It once or twice at best anyway as on hols. Supermarket/publix a couple of miles down the road. 10 min drive to nearest area with eateries and 15 to main junction of Championsgate where there’s lots to choose from. Easy to access parks and freeways to West and East Coast. Great time had by all.

The stay was great the house was awesome. The Gear Room was out of this world! Only complaint was they changed the locks on us and we didnt find out till after a late night out with the kids at the parks. We did finally get in after several phone calls (45min-60min). The other issue was the tech for entertainment TV's was so complicated and outdated it was nearly impossible to use not that we had much time for that though. Overall we'd stay again for sure.

Nice house good location
We stayed for 17 days in June, we've been renting in Florida for around 25 years, never the same place twice. This house has plenty of space, and good quality furnishings and beds. There is only space for 2 cars but you can park at the club house I believe. Good size TVs in all the rooms. Nice little gym, but only open during the week. Watersong is in a good location, east of the car park known as the I4, so you can get to most attractions without using or crossing it. There is a nice Publix a mile away. Posner Park is not far. We had to buy every daily item such as salt and pepper, trash bags, dishwasher and washing machine stuff, etc. The last few years this has been common, we stopped at Walmart on the way and got the basics The same goes for pool toys etc, we bought a few, and a beach umbrella, which we left at the house. Maybe down to Covid, but the place we rented last year, the owners supplied a little welcome pack of essentials which is a good idea. We had a few things broken when we arrived which I expected given the high turn over, mostly sorted quickly except the faulty waste disposal which never did get replaced.

Great Pool Area
This was a wonderful home to vacation at. The backyard pool area was perfect for our family of five. The landscaping on the sides of the pool area was beautiful and provided privacy. The game room was lots of fun and we were all very comfortable in our rooms. I wish a few more trash bags (there were 3) and dishwasher tabs (there were 2) had been provided for our stay. There is a really nice Publix grocery store just a few miles down the road. My family also used the resort pool a few times. The resort pool area was beautiful but it was not heated and it was not very deep. We paid extra to have the pool at the house heated and I was glad we did. It had a really nice spa attached to the pool as well that waterfalled into the pool. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

My Family and I stayed at this lovely vacation home on March 12th for an entire week. From entering the Community you could tell that it is more of a residential community. Once we arrived to the actual home. There was a group of 4 residents that greeted us with smiles and hello’s. But, one gentleman that I assume lives next door. Was really noisy lol. He stayed over in our yard giving us advise on what to do with the trash and how we should park our cars. Which leads me to my next Con: The parking is Horrible! The home is Only suitable for 2 cars at the residence. Any additional vehicles will have to be parked up in the front of the community. Now onto the Lovely home. Overall, the Home is absolutely amazing. The main master bedroom is the Best. My kids loved the heated pool. The pool guy came by several times during the week. And all of the other rooms were beautiful and beds were really comfy as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

I fell in love with this home!
A fun and relaxing week! Televisions galore but we were big fans of the poolside set so we could listen to music videos. The TV and sound system in the "movie" room blew me away! The beds, oh my, the most comfortable I ever slept on. The designs throughout the house are amazing. So many extravagant and unique touches. My daughter and I are on a hunt to find similar fluffy pillows that reminded us of our cats back home. Yes, we patted the pillows. The game room is a blast (and a blast from the past!) Seeing my kids experience the games mom and dad grew up with was so fun! I can't say enough about the Alladin themed pool area. My absolute favorite place in the evenings! Everything we needed was close by in terms of businesses. I would highly recommend these hosts and this home for families.

Fun n Spacious Home as advertised!
This home has lots of space for many guests! Many bathrooms, closets and eating areas inside and out. Big kitchen too. Themed backyard made it fun for everyone! Great large gas grill was awesome for steaks and burgers. Jacuzzi was great in the cool spring evening. TV’s literally everywhere and the app options were a big plus. Finally the game room was fun every evening. So bottom line, strongly recommend!

We decided to get away picking this property because the pool looked great and the rooms looked amazing. The steampunk room didn’t disappoint and the other rooms were very fun as well. The property mgnt company was very attentive and fast with communication. This was a great stay and we’d come again in the future! A couple of notes for those booking the venue: 0.) Our flight was very early, and getting in even a few minutes early wasn’t allowed so plan for not getting in the unit until after checkin time. 1.) a few older reviews mentioned how well the kitchen was stocked. That Isn’t the case any longer. Bring everything you need or buy it, there are plenty of pans and dishes but not even butter, salt pepper or oil in the kitchen. If you are staying more than a couple days, You’ll need trash bags and TP and everything you’d need at home like cleaning products and laundry detergent etc... 2.) This property has been well trafficked over the years and there is some normal wear across the property. We had an issue with some ants in the lower bathroom from the vent that was fixed fast. There are TVs everywhere and some didn’t work, but likely with a call I’m sure they’d have someone out ASAP to fix. 3.) they do have pool towels so no need to bring your own, but plan to buy some pool toys or bring them, we bought and left a few things in the toy bin for future guests. 4.) you will love the game room and the many theme rooms this place is a treat! Enjoy!!!

Great pictures, kids enjoyed everything.
Property had plenty of rooms and could easily accommodate 12 people, although parking would be tough with more than two cars. The themed rooms were neat and the TVs large. Our opinion of the stay had little to do with the house itself and more with the cleanliness (which was hopefully just a bad job). They did offer to come and clean again but we're hoping the group before us just left a complete mess and they had a hard time with check out/check in on the same day as they suggested.

Fantastic house!
This a wonderful house in a nice, very quiet neighborhood. The pool and house were excellent. Very spacious and the themed rooms were lots of fun. The games room was very entertaining. Just a couple of very minor maintenance issues...the kitchen faucet needs to be repaired/replaced and the shower curtains in the kids rooms need to be much longer and wider to avoid getting water on the floor. We highly recommend this house and would definitely would rent it again.

My family and I had an incredible time. We loved the house/property. It was everything we expected. They had no complaints. My only complaint is that the microwave and the BBQ grill was not cleaned. Nonetheless our rating is still 5 stars.
