Our beautiful vacation home, just a short drive from Disney, ensures a relaxing and magical stay. Located in the popular and attractive Watersong resort in Davenport. The resort has several lakes and lush tropical planting, making it rich in natural flora and fauna, and a very peaceful and attractive setting from which to enjoy Orlando’s many wonderful amusement parks and other attractions. Guests at this villa are welcome to make use of the Watersong resort’s many wonderful amenities, including free use of the resort-style pool and clubhouse which houses a cyber café, sand volleyball, table tennis, kids' playground, and a fitness center. It’s just a 15-minute drive to Disney World, 20 minutes away from SeaWorld, and 25 minutes from Universal. Enjoy your time here and create lasting memories!

Great fun
Great property, had problems with the TV and streaming service. Needed 2 devices to operate TV. Communicated this with person that answered property managers phone, they were not cordial. Finally someone came and said updates had uploaded. How would we know this. But all was good !

There was plenty of room for our large family. There was a high chair for our little one and a pool table and darts for down time. The pool and spa was warm for us.

Nothing but a headache
12/21 Opened shades to pool, one fell off. Lock on complementary free gas grill. Advertised Olaf bedroom changed to mickey & mini mouse, window shades broken. Couldn’t use closet, close to breaking. WII turned on but sensor & remotes did not work. Kitchen faucet leaked. TV and closet broken in other twin bedroom. 12/22 cooking breakfast for family of 8 and stove burners did not work. Front right burner only heated outer ring. Had to keep switching food around on stove so food would cook the same. Frying pans, food stuck to them. Cooking utensils not appropriate for pans. Could not eat as family, had to eat in shifts. Chose this facility because the table sat 8. Went out, it was raining. Got home, went to bedroom, could hear a dripping sound. Water dripping from light fixture over bed, bed was soaked. Called property manager. Husband and I had to sleep in son’s room on twin beds. He slept on couch. 12/23 roof looked at, but not able to fix at that time. Property manager moved bed to wall, put a kettle on floor to catch water. Exchanged pillow top mattress to a rock hard one, put wet mattress against wall by pool table could not play a game of pool due to mattress being in the way. During the night had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed. Also told her about grill, she said she would remove lock, would need a lighter to start it. Said would bring a lighter over but daughter already at store buying one before one was brought to home. She stated, would bring over a hot plate. Did not bring hot plate until next morning at 10:30, too late for breakfast. 12/24 community pool area, not as pictured. Community building closed December 24 - 27th not told prior to booking. Sign on air conditioner stating could not turn below 74 degrees other wise might freeze up, and if there was damage we would be responsible for it. Temperature in the 80’s upstairs. Uncomfortable sleeping. 12/25 Spa cold. Jets put out cold water. Not heated to 100 degrees as stated, as well as pool was not 90 degrees. Laying on a lounge chair, suddenly chair broke where it was welded in 3 spots. stated they only heat pool for 8 hours. Had heated during the day when out. Additional charge for heated pool & spa. Washer not working correctly. To use dryer, you had to dry 3 times or only 4 items at a time. This is a shorten version of what happened. Would not recommend VRBO. give 1 star.
